Design Features: They are Horizontal as well as Vertical with the facility of air in shell or tube with or without moisture separator and pulsation dampners having low pressure drop and high heat transfer rate and easy cleaning of exchanger by water jet.
Heat Exchangers: Air Tech has specialised computersied design and drawing technique. The company manufactures the Heat Exchangers with International codes and design. High quality products together with reasonable investment costs and short delivery dates are achived by automated welding technique.
Design features: Tubes of S.S. 304, 316, 304L, 316L, SA 179, Copper, Brass, etc. Fixed or Floating Heads and removable or fixed tube bundle, in single or multiple pass. In all plate materials S.S., C.S., Aluminium, Extra low carbon steel etc. for high temperature and pressure, with self latest computerised thermal as well as mechanical design.
Air Tech has expertise in the Design & Manufacture of any typical fabrication work such as pressure vessels, columns, reaction vessels, vaccum vessels, storage tanks and other equipments under third party inspection agencies from C.S., S.S. and Aluminium material as per International codes & designs.
