Shell & Tube DX Chillers
Material Of Constructions:
- Shell: MS ERW pipes or rolled from MS plates
- Tubes: Plain copper tubes
- Tube Sheets: MS plate
- End covers: Fabricated from MS plates
Connections:
- Shell side: MS Pipe with companion flanges.
- Tube side: MS Pipe with companion flanges.
- Painting: Synthetic enamel paint after two coats of red oxide primer.
Pressure testing:
- Shell side: 350 psi - Hydraulic
- Tube side: 350 psi - Pneumatic
- Special Condensers: Our Standard chillers are designed & fabricated as per good engineering practice. However we can provide Chillers as per design codes IS, ASME & TEMA. We can also provide chillers with other materials such as MS or stainless steel tubes and SS shells.
